- Execute operational activities efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, and administration in line with merchandising, SAPC regulations, and company standards.
- Focus on core dispensary and clinic targets to ensure operational viability.
- Oversight of training and development for Pharmacist Assistants and Pharmacist Interns, ensuring compliance with SAPC requirements.
- Implement customer service initiatives to drive customer loyalty and achieve club card participation targets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with centre managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration with clinics and healthcare aisles, offering comprehensive healthcare solutions to customers.
