    As a Senior Recruiter, you are at the forefront of connecting management talent to unmatched opportunities. Every day you'll interface with both potential team members from across Cape Town and our prestigious, values-aligned clients. Your role goes beyond mere recruiting; you become the bridge that fosters understanding, showcases our values, and ensures both our clients and team members find the perfect fit.

    WHAT WILL FILL YOUR WORKDAY

    • Develop in-depth understanding of client needs specifically in Client Success and Account Management domains, ensuring a match with candidates who possess the right mix of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Strategize and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract and engage top-tier talent for Client Success Manager and Account Manager roles.
    • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for specific client roles, focusing on their ability to drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
    • Facilitate detailed briefings and debriefings with clients and candidates to ensure clear expectations and alignment throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates for Client Success and Account Management positions, anticipating client needs and market dynamics.
