Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Provide professional and excellent service to the local General Manager, senior management team, and Executives of the business

Effectively execute all functions relating to management of documents and reports, coordinating meetings, managing of office equipment, maintenance, and cleaning contractors

Perform all travel arrangements for all local and abroad travel requests (Flights and accommodation) for the Springs Site

Effective management of all activities relating to the functioning of the company

Ensure accurate financial/internal controls and processes

Management of highly confidential data and files

Planning, implementation, and coordination of administrative processes such as meetings, events, conferences

Effective management of all allocated procurement activities on the JD Edwards system

A relevant Office Administration and/ equivalent qualification at a reputable institution is essential

3 years minimum experience within the FMCG manufacturing environment in the same or similar position

Experience in a Finance and Administration environment will be advantageous

Relevant experience in managing projects relating to contractor management, events and conferences

Knowledge of business concepts and processes

Ability to keep things simple and with a high focus on performance output

Must be a self-starter with a creative and innovative style when approaching multiple complex matters

Excellent Microsoft package experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)

Must have sound experience in excellent and structured diary management
