    Job Title: Contract Operations Administrator

    Duration: Twelve (12) Months Fixed Term Contract

    Reports to: Branch Manager

    Job Grade: B4 Minimum Midpoint

    Salary Range: R 218 185 - R 256 688

    No. of Incumbents: 1

    Main Purpose of the Job: To coordinate administrative activities at Branch level in consultation with the provincial office, focusing on financial functions, information management, and reporting systems.

    Key Performance Areas:

    1. Coordinate financial administration activities at Branch Level.
    2. Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
    3. Coordinate asset management activities at Branch level.
    4. Offer administrative support at Branch level.

    Required Minimum Qualification:

    1. Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration

    Required Work Experience:

    1. 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment.
    2. Prior experience with information management systems.
    3. Comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities.
