    Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Debtors/Creditors clerk to join our team at Grace your HR needs. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing debtor and creditor accounts, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Transaction Management: Reconcile purchase orders to invoices, load payments onto the online banking system, and verify supplier invoices
    • Communication: Respond to queries from creditors and staff regarding payments, follow up on outstanding payments, and communicate with clients in a professional manner
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, perform monthly supplier reconciliations, and deal with conflicts and uptight tenants

    Requirements:

    • Education: National Diploma in Accounting or bookkeeping course
    • Experience: At least 3 years' experience as a Creditors and Debtors Clerk
    • Skills: Excellent English reading and writing skills, strong numeric skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
