    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage new product development timelines, ensuring smooth execution across formulation, packaging, compliance, and testing.
    • Coordinate with R&D, design, marketing, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
    • Develop educational materials and collaborate on compelling product narratives.
    • Refine product positioning with marketing to align with customer needs and trends.
    • Analyze customer feedback to improve products and inform NPD.

    Qualifications and Experience:
