Description
National Catering Company with their Head Office in Pretoria seeks to employ a meticulous and detail orientated Administrator to give technical assistance and support to units using back of house system.
Accurately capture invoices and stock takes on behalf of the units. To ensure financial, and quality system parameters are met and adhered to.Educational / Qualification and Experience:
- Matric
- Food Services Management Diploma / or equivalent
5 years experience in a similar role
Minimum Requirements:

Driver's licence and own reliable transport:
- Budget and Reporting
- Financial Management
- Purchasing and stock control
Well spoken - must be able to speak, read and write Afrikaans and English fluently:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Decision making skills
- Previous experience very important, able to be innovative and show initiative
- Excellent unit financial knowledge
- Must be meticulous and detail orientated
- Must have a background in food service unit operations and understand the needs and requirements
Job Types:

R24,000.00 per month
