Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our dedicated team at Le Franschhoek Hotel and Spa.

As the Front Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.

You'll lead a team of front desk staff and ensure the highest level of customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.
  • Oversee guest checkin and checkout processes, making sure they are smooth and efficient.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Train, mentor, and develop front office staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage room reservations, ensuring accuracy, and optimize room availability.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or a similar role in the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Front Office Management: 3 years (required)


Ability to Commute:

  • Franschhoek, Western Cape (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Franschhoek,

Western Cape:
Relocate before starting work (preferred)
