Calling all Inbound call centre agents to work for an international company based in Parktown to support the drive to increase brand equity, and corporate reputation by providing telephonic support to customers through the establishment of good customer relations and by marketing the company products and services to meet customer requirements.
Ensure prompt resolution of queries so that customer service levels can be maximised and the business can achieve sustainable competitiveness and act as the link between customers and depot functions.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate (mandatory)
- Must have technical and/or billing experience
Experience:
- Criminal and credit check (clear ITC)
- 12 years customer service/ inbound call centre experience
- Technical/ billing experience (mandatory)
- Good typing skills, data capturing ability
- Administration skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Fluent in English and another official South African language
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parktown, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
