    Marketing Manager Position

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales, profitability, and growth within the company's food retail division.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
    2. Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost foot traffic and sales performance.
    3. Analyze consumer trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
    5. Effectively manage resources and allocate budget to maximize return on investment.
    6. Monitor and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators to track progress and optimize strategies.
    7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

    Required Experience and Qualifications

    A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a Brand/Marketing Manager role for a Retail Brand.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
