Job Context:


SERVEST SECURITY AND TECHNOLOGY, A DIVISION OF SERVEST HAS A VACANCY FOR AN ADMINISTRATOR BASED IN SASOLBURG. POST MATRIC OR SECRETARIAL QUALIFCATION IS ESSENTIAL WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 12 essential
  • Post matric administration or secretarial qualification required
  • PSIRA Grade B
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • General administration and secretarial duties
  • Computer Literate (MS Office Suite) Word, Excel and Power point (intermediate level)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Deadline driven
  • Be able to multitask

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Track and report maintenance related data and maintain various databases
  • Maintain equipment availability forms
  • Assist with basic payroll and time & attendance activities
  • Maintain training and Learning Management System records
  • Attend meetings and prepare related documents, including meeting minutes
  • Develop and maintain filing systems
  • Review work requests daily, create work orders as needed
  • Assist with warranty management
  • Track equipment maintenance schedules
  • Performs any other responsibilities related to the Administrator role as required or as assigned by the department head.
