Business Development Executive for Property Software Solutions

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Emorium Human Capital. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the property software market.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from home with occasional travel involved. Previous experience in Business Development within the property sector or software industry will be highly valued.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
Utilize sales and marketing skills to promote property software solutions
Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
Provide exceptional customer support and administration services

Requirements

Matured individual with matric qualification
Accounting experience or background preferred
Previous experience in property sector (rentals/sales etc.) an advantage
Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices
Able to work independently and as part of a team
