Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your extensive actuarial knowledge to assess and analyze complex data related to life insurance policies, mortality rates, and financial risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies that enhance our clients' life insurance offerings.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and predictive modeling to guide decision-making processes.

Provide expert guidance on pricing structures, reserving policies, and financial planning for life insurance products.

Assist clients in complying with regulatory standards and requirements within the life insurance industry.

Offer strategic recommendations based on thorough analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes.

Communicate intricate actuarial concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Fellow or Associate of recognized actuarial societies (e.g., FSA, FIA, FIAA) is required.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the Life Insurance sector, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

Proven track record of successful project delivery, risk management, and strategic decision-making.

Proficiency in actuarial software, data analysis tools, and programming languages commonly used in actuarial work.

Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong adaptability and flexibility to work on a short-term consulting basis, being deployed as per client needs.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Additional Information:
Travel may be necessary to meet with clients or work on-site, as needed.
