    Digital Project Manager Role

    We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of client projects from start to finish.

    You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed project plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and key milestones.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that tasks are assigned, completed, and tracked effectively.
    • Utilize ClickUp to track project progress, manage tasks, monitor timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
    • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction.
    • Track deliverables and manage project timelines, ensuring that all key tasks and milestones are completed within the established deadlines.
    • Work closely with creative, development, and other relevant teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.
    • Continuously assess project workflows and processes for inefficiencies, providing recommendations and implementing improvements.
    • Leverage experience with digital ad agencies to effectively manage campaigns, optimize resources, and provide clients with measurable results.
    • Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving forward.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital advertising or marketing agency environment.
    • Expertise in using ClickUp for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.
    • Familiarity with digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, search ads, social media ads, etc., is highly advantageous.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain project updates, timelines, and expectations to clients and internal teams.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and keep meticulous records.
    • Ability to understand client needs, maintain positive relationships, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions quickly.
    • Comfortable working with project management tools, digital marketing tools, and collaborating with technical teams.

    • Clients consistently report high satisfaction with the quality of work, communication, and timely delivery of projects.

    • Seamless coordination with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
