    Key Responsibilities:

    • Display professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and punctuality at all times
    • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers with a warm greeting
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the salesperson when necessary
    • Maintain knowledge of standard products and services offered by the company
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system
    • Communicate with customers regarding order discrepancies, delivery addresses, company information, and outstanding payments
    • Send confirmation of orders to customers after receiving a new order, ensuring complete and accurate information is provided
    • Coordinate with finance and service delivery departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders
    • Address issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or customer complaints, working with relevant teams to resolve them promptly
    • Participate in team meetings to discuss customer order status and provide accurate feedback to customers
    • Offer feedback on customer complaints, customer needs, market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth
    • Ensure all sales documents are properly filed electronically for easy retrieval and reference
    • Prepare bid proposals accurately, obtaining required information, compiling, and ensuring timely delivery
    • Assist with organizing, managing, and attending events such as golf days and conferences
    • Attend client meetings and events as necessary to provide support and take notes for follow-up actions
    • Request quotations from suppliers and process purchasing orders
    • Keep records of company documents and request updates before expiration dates
    • Assist other departments as needed
    • Complete tasks assigned by management
    • Be computer literate in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and software programs like SAGE and Pastel
