Life on the Team

As part of Computacenter's IT department, you will be responsible for planning the activity of a team of technicians or engineers responsible for technical interventions with our customers' users.

You ensure the optimal allocation of human and logistical resources to the demand for services.

What you will do
- Plan the interventions of technicians and/or engineers.

- Ensure that customer constraints and internal procedures are respected by technicians and/or engineers.

- Follow up on the intervention until it is resolved.

- Update the scheduling tool.

- Report any difficulties encountered by the line manager.

What we require

- Organisational skills

- High responsiveness and resistance to stress

- Team player

- Interpersonal skills

- Telephone fluency

- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- National Diploma/NQF 6 or equivalent
