    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to oversee our client's operations in the Eastern Cape region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and developing strategies to drive business growth.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead and Manage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
    • Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement plans to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Provide Leadership: Offer guidance and direction to the team, promoting excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Grow the Client Base: Play an active role in expanding the Food Services Client base.

    Requirements

    • Background: Experience in Food Services and FMCG/Retail/Wholesale sectors is essential.
    • Qualifications: Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications in General Management with experience in Food Services/FMCG/Retail sectors.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an FMCG, Food Services Industry, including at least 5 years in a Management Position.
    • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, customer-focused, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

    Additional Requirements

    • Sales Management: Experience in Sales Management is advantageous.
    • Team Leadership: Ability to lead a team with excellence.
