    Description

    Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Admin Manager to spearhead operations in the FMCG retail industry. This pivotal role involves overseeing administrative processes, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and train store management and administration staff
    2. Control financial performance within budgetary constraints
    3. Ensure stores comply with company policies and procedures
    4. Maintain region shrinkage levels
    5. Oversee documentation management for branches
    6. Develop and maintain training courses
    7. Provide on-the-job training and coaching
    8. Draw up store budgets and authorize expenses
    9. Conduct profit and loss analyses and implement corrective actions
    10. Report profit and loss to stakeholders
    11. Ensure corrective action is taken during store visits
    12. Follow up on out-of-line expenditure
    13. Perform monthly reconciliations and conduct high-risk audits
    14. Ensure compliance with rules and policies regarding receiving, cash office, POS rooms/pricing, and stock control
    15. Produce accurate stock take results and ensure branch filing procedures are maintained
    16. Investigate possible theft and implement control mechanisms

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification
    • Working knowledge of ARCH system
    • Valid driver's license
    • 3 years of management experience in an admin function
