Review and document the business processes and through a structured approach, validate and translate these into business requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand existing processes and customer needs and translate these into business improvements and requirements.
Ensure that business processes are in support of the company's longerterm strategic goals and shortterm objectives.
Oversee the quality delivery of requirements and business process specifications that meet the agreed deliverables in line with best practices and business processes.
Collaborate closely with the Business Improvement Area, and a variety of endusers to ensure requirements compatibility, enduser satisfaction, and process adoption.
Participate in user acceptance testing and guide users to ensure that the designed solution ultimately meets business requirements.
Coordinate the company website content and refresh requirements.

Qualifications:

Must have an undergraduate degree or other relevant qualification in business, computing, economics, or any numeracyrelated field.
This is a midcareer position that requires a minimum of five years of business process analysis or related experience and a demonstrable track record in identifying and delivering innovative processes that benefit an organisation.
Preference will be given to persons with a professional business process or analyst qualification with a requirement for practical experience in the workplace.
Experience in working and analysing data, solution testing, and verification.
Experience in working with crossfunctional project teams will be beneficial.
Understanding of process design (solution architecture, process mapping, entity diagram mapping, etc.)
