    Job Title: Regional Training Manager (RTM)

    The RTM is responsible for overseeing the Regional Training of allocated Pedros stores, ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are maintained. The role involves managing a team of skilled trainers and promoting efficiency among employees.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct training sessions on food preparation as per Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Support, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees to improve their skills.
    • Promote efficiency and enhance employee performance through regular monitoring and evaluation.
    • Maintain accurate attendance and training records.
    • Evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide daily updates on completed training sessions.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to drive restaurant growth.
    • Assist in New Store openings by providing mentoring and coaching support.
    • Collaborate with the Training Department on ad-hoc training tasks and projects.
    • Deliver presentations on Pedros Training Modules and SOPs.
    • Verify Manager Trainees' competence throughout the region.
    • Adhere to working hours from Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm, with peak days from 12pm-8pm. Flexibility is required for extended stays at outlying stores during new store openings or urgent training support.
    • Track daily reports posted on WhatsApp groups from Managers and Skill Trainers. Raise concerns promptly.
    • Take charge of GP and GRV training/troubleshooting for new and existing stores.
    • Ensure the training team roster is updated on the training platform by 12pm every Saturday.
    • Bear full accountability for the training team within the RTM group.
    • Coordinate new store staff quantities, training schedules, weekly updates, and sign-offs one week prior to store opening. POE must be filed.

    Requirements

    • Essential experience in Restaurant and Fast Food Service operations.
    • A minimum of 5 years of Operations Management experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to go above and beyond job requirements.
    • Proficiency in computer software and report writing.
    • Owning a reliable vehicle and mobile phone is mandatory.
    • Knowledge of GP/COS/GRV principles.
    • Internal applicants must have completed all Station Training/Staff Development Program, Supervisor Course, and Manager Development Program to be eligible for this position.

    Technical Experience

    • Experience in designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, or operating technology or related applications.
    • Familiarity with GAAP/MICROS systems.
    • A valid driver's license is required.
    • Flexibility to travel to various sites is necessary.
