Duties & Responsibilities
ØProcurement of new business by lead generation.
ØEstablishing working relationships with clients
ØAchievement of targets.
ØMust be target driven with the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
ØProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
ØDemonstrate strong work ethics
ØShow ability to communicate effectively
ØPossess strong interpersonal skills
ØPossess Problem-Solving skills
Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements
ØMust have Matric
ØGood command of the English language, preferably also Afrikaans
ØAttention to detail
ØPassionate about customer service
ØExperience of at least 2 years in a customer relationship position
ØStrong experience in a Sales Call Centre
ØAbility to work with cross functional teams
ØAbility to think on his/her feet
ØAble to work under high pressure and deadline
Salary:
R1, R10,000.00 per month
Education:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
Experience:
- Cold calling: 1 year (required)
Objection Handling: 2 years (preferred)
