About the role:
Seeking an HR Administrator for company that deals with manufacturing.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Ensure Kronos Time and Attendance system s optimized for weekly and monthly payroll.
  • Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept Head timeously.
  • Processing of weekly and monthly Input accurately and on time.
  • Capturing of leave, training and Disciplinaries on H.R System.
  • Generate various reports as required e.g. overtime, leave, sick leave, training.
  • Ensure that all H.R Administration for New Engagements and Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
  • Ensure that all administration for Retirement Fund home loans /Beneficiary forms/Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with Ad hoc H.R duties as required from time to time.

Requirements:


Minimum Requirements:


  • Grade 12 Qualification.
  • Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office
  • Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook).
  • Postmatric qualification I.e. H.R National Diploma.
  • Knowledge of applicable software I

e:
Kronos, Mpower, Saflec.
years in a similar role.

  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
