About the role:
Seeking an HR Administrator for company that deals with manufacturing.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure Kronos Time and Attendance system s optimized for weekly and monthly payroll.
- Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept Head timeously.
- Processing of weekly and monthly Input accurately and on time.
- Capturing of leave, training and Disciplinaries on H.R System.
- Generate various reports as required e.g. overtime, leave, sick leave, training.
- Ensure that all H.R Administration for New Engagements and Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes.
- Ensure that all administration for Retirement Fund home loans /Beneficiary forms/Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with Ad hoc H.R duties as required from time to time.
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Qualification.
- Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office
- Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook).
- Postmatric qualification I.e. H.R National Diploma.
- Knowledge of applicable software I
e:
Kronos, Mpower, Saflec.
years in a similar role.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
