    Job Title: Workshop Foreman

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and experience in managing a team of artisans/technicians.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and ensure the quality of completed work meets our high standards.
    • Oversee administrative duties, including record-keeping and warranty claims management.
    • Allocate daily tasks to artisans/technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    • Foster strong relationships with customers, assessors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain production-oriented focus, adhering to deadlines and working under pressure.

    Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
    • Qualified Diesel Mechanic (Red Seal) certification.
    • Proven experience as a Workshop Foreman.
    • Knowledge of New Holland tractors is advantageous.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
