Description
A logistics company situated in Pomona, seeks to employ a
Junior Air Freight Controller.

Salary
:
Negotiable

The following criteria is required:


  • Should have 2 years' experience in the Air Freight environment including Customs compliance.
  • Knowledge of Shipshape will be an advantage.
  • Provide estimates for Imports/Exports & Cross Trade shipments.
  • Register files on the system and complete customs documentation.
  • Complete draft invoices and handover to the Supervisor for finalization.
  • Prealerts for all Exports/Imports/Cross Trade shipments.
  • Attention to detail and record keeping.
  • Good communicating skills.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 3 months


Pay:
Up to R7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cost control: 1 year (preferred)
