Description
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Two to three years group accommodation reservations and event coordinating experience
- A recognized qualification in Event Management / Hotel Management would be advantageous
- Extensive reservations/banqueting sales experience within a 5*, medium to large hotel
- Computer literate with extensive working knowledge of Opera / Sales & Catering, highly advantageous
- Well presented with excellent communication skills in English
- Can work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Guest service driven
- Willing to work beyond standard shifts as and when required
- Must have own, reliable transport
