Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • Two to three years group accommodation reservations and event coordinating experience
  • A recognized qualification in Event Management / Hotel Management would be advantageous
  • Extensive reservations/banqueting sales experience within a 5*, medium to large hotel
  • Computer literate with extensive working knowledge of Opera / Sales & Catering, highly advantageous
  • Well presented with excellent communication skills in English
  • Can work under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Guest service driven
  • Willing to work beyond standard shifts as and when required
  • Must have own, reliable transport
