- Complete sales admin processes timeously, these include costing and quotes, part number creation, order capture, customer queries, feedback, and communications to internal stakeholders.
- Assist Sales Manager in the communication of stock level requirements for shelf stock levels, such as converted ribbon, printers etc. in line with Min/Max policies.
- Assist debtor clerk on request, to intervene and ensure debtors days are no higher than 45.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with assigned customers in the branch to assist in account retention and growth.
- Actively work to achieve targets, with the goal of reaching the branch sales and profitability targets, identifying trends and contribute through regular feedback to update market share analysis.
- Regularly communicate with production teams, dispatch, debtors and external sales to facilitate smooth and accurate communication.
- Planners are analyzed daily and correct information is communicated to the customer and other departments.
- Adhere to ISO 22000 standards and Health and safety regulations, with the ultimate goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring Food Safety.
- Conduct yourself in an ethical, disciplined, quality focused, productive and positive manner.
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork across all departments.
- Report on individual activities.
