Responsibilities:
- Promote the best interests of clients by adhering to the core company values of Transparency and Diversity.
- Committed to the growth of the company and its product development.
- Prospect new leads and facilitate onboarding of new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing retail clients and drive growth of organic business.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan that speaks to the company's core values and aligns with the performance requirements of the respective sales team.
- Attainment of monthly sales targets and KPI's
Additional Responsibilities:
- Adhere to regulatory conduct and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- RE5 qualification
- Prior industry related sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goaloriented
- Ability to tailor make and close on business deals
- Proven sales track record
Salary:
- Highly competitive basic salary with above average commission structure based on experience and skill.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

R12, R15,000.00 per month
