Role Purpose

Our client is looking for a Team Manger with excellent sales and service experience and leadership ability/potential to lead a team of dedicated Broker Service Consultants.

You must be able to work under pressure

Salary R plus Meical plus Pension plus 13th Chq

Experience and Qualifications

Matric/Equivalent qualification
Must have completed the necessary regulatory exam/s (RE)as well as Full Qualification (FQ).
FAIS Credits (FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives
Class of Business (Personal or Commercial)
Previous client service /broker service experience is essential.

KEY SKILLS

Leadership or management studies with previous leadership experience will be beneficial.
A successful track record
Lead and assume full management responsibility for a team of professional Broker Service Consultants
Close liaison and relationship building with brokers.
Continuous improvement of business processes and procedures to become market lead.
Team management ability or potential to develop such ability within a short space of time.
Strong coaching skills and ability
Ability and knowledge to develop and motivate a team of experienced dedicated Broker Service Consultants
Organized, selfdisciplined and selfmotivated.
Deadline and results orientated.

Salary:
R40,000.00 per month
