    Description

    Oracle Functional Analyst (HR & Payroll)

    We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst (HR & Payroll) to join our team in Port Elizabeth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Optimize the efficiency of the Oracle ERP system.
    2. Create business process maps to streamline operations.
    3. Pursue continuous improvement initiatives for the Oracle system.
    4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements.
    5. Manage projects related to system enhancements and implementations.
    6. Evaluate user requirements and ensure they are met within project scope.
    7. Apply periodic legislative changes and amendments to the system accurately.
    8. Serve as a liaison between ICT and the rest of the organization regarding Oracle matters.

    Required Qualifications:

    1. Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent field.
    2. Certification in Oracle EBS for HR and Payroll modules.
    3. At least 7 years of experience working with Oracle, including knowledge of its Human Capital and Financial modules.
    4. 3-5 years of experience in Oracle functional human capital and financial roles.
    5. Familiarity with the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
