    Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing a selection of manufacturer client relationships across South Africa, delivering on commercial agreements and presenting data to key stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration and coordinating analysis and reporting of research projects.
    • Build strong partnerships with clients through analytical insights and presentations.
    • Client Management: undertake analysis for RMS data, handle client queries and acquire knowledge of RMS solutions.
    • Serve as primary contact for assigned client contacts, providing ad-hoc analyses and responding to questions on content and data issues.
    • Deliver quality services to clients, ensuring timely and precise services that meet business needs and quality standards.
    • Accountable for work conducted for nominated clients, including quality checks on reports for alignment, accuracy and correctness.

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years' experience in FMCG / Service / Retail industry.
    • Experience in working in an analytical capacity, translating numbers into clear insights.
    • A team player with effective communication skills, able to work in a team environment and share responsibilities.
    • Strong Client Focus, Proactiveness, numerical confidence and ability to command Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
