Description

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, control, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Establish and monitor quality control processes to ensure product/service conformity, including inspection, testing, and validation procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and costeffectiveness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality standards, conduct supplier audits, and resolve quality issues to maintain product/service quality throughout the supply chain.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, address customer complaints, and implement corrective actions to improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure adherence and competency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA) through regular audits and assessments.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to management for decisionmaking.
  • Identify and mitigate qualityrelated risks to minimize the impact on product/service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve qualityrelated issues effectively, using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams towards quality objectives.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in quality documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute quality improvement initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
  • Uptodate knowledge of relevant quality regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to the industry.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.
  • Professional certifications in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and quality audits.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
