    Job Title: Receiving Co-Ordinator JHB South

    The Receiving Co-Ordinator JHB South role at Emporium involves ensuring the administration and coordination of people and paper flow in the warehouse.

    About the Role:

    This position is responsible for daily receipting of all quality-approved purchase orders via purchase order receipts or LCT (Foreign), handling 'reverse logistics' with local suppliers, and maintaining and upholding filling associated with the position.

    The successful candidate will ensure quality relationships with suppliers by working closely with colleagues and ensuring all admin activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

    The role also involves communicating with the Purchasing and stores department of any problems that occur and may have an impact on production, as well as expediting and running all off-store warehouse reports to ensure all required stock is available.

    Additional responsibilities include assisting with creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders, reporting on monthly transport costs of collections from Off-store warehouses, and performing daily counts on specified items.

    Requirements:

    • Matric
    • Experience in Receiving / Dispatch / Warehouse Admin
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good computer literacy in Syspro and MS Office
    • Supply Chain / Logistics qualification desirable

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Update pallet counts reports and bins in stores

    Working Environment:

    This is a full-time entry-level position in the retail industry, requiring excellent communication skills and good computer literacy in Syspro and MS Office.
