Purpose of the job:
Protect and grow profitable market share within a Store in accordance with the Store, Company strategy.
REPORTING TO:
RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Strategic management develop, implement, and manage a store business plan ensure that it is aligned with overall company strategic initiatives.
- Grown and protect market share achieve growth in market share, achieve sales budgets and promote customer loyalty.
- Customer service implement and monitor the customer service strategy.
- Asset control: stock
- Asset control: cash
- Asset control: fixed assets
- Human resource and industrial relations management
- Store safety (OHSA) standards manage safety aspects in line with OHSA legislation.
- Store trading standards maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards.
- Achieve profitability.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Grade 1 3 years retail management experience (hardware experience advantageous)
- Valid driver's license with own transport
- Computer literate

- Strong leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety aspects in line OHSA
