    Software Developer

    We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team at Flash Group.

    Job Summary

    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions to meet the needs of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Technical Architectural Design: Develop and implement technical architectures to support business requirements.
    • Software Development: Design, develop, and document source code and technical architectures.
    • Code Maintenance: Maintain and manage existing source code to ensure it remains stable and efficient.
    • Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet users' needs and requirements.
    • Code Review: Review and improve code quality to ensure it meets industry standards.
    • Testing and Debugging: Run tests and fix bugs to ensure software reliability.
    • Coordination: Coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities and develop technical solutions.
    • Team Mentorship: Mentor junior developers to help them grow in their careers.

    Requirements

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in software development.
    • Passion for Technology: Be passionate about technology, enthusiastic about problem-solving, and constantly seeking to learn and improve your skillset.
    • Software Development Lifecycle: Have had exposure to the full software development lifecycle.

    Desirable Skills

    • C# .Net Core: Sound knowledge of C# .Net Core and its applications.
    • Java Tech Stacks: Wide-ranging experience using Java tech stacks and other programming languages.
    • RESTful Web Services: Experience in RESTful web services and Identity Server authentication.
    • Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices architecture and design.
    • Relational DBMS: Experience with Relational DBMS.
    • Communication: Ability to communicate about technology in non-technical terms to colleagues and clients.
    • Pressure Management: Ability to work calmly and methodically when under pressure.

    Advantageous Qualifications

    • Java Spring Boot: Experience with Java Spring Boot (Java / J2EE).
    • Databases: Experience with MSSQL/Oracle.
    • Cloud Native Architecture: Versed in Cloud Native architecture.
    • DevOps Methodology: Exposure to DevOps methodology including setting up CI/CD pipelines.
    • Agile Methodologies: Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
