Mint Wellness in Camps Bay is looking to appoint a passionate, experienced spa Receptionist.

Minimum requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Beauty Therapist / Somatology or similar qualification advantageous
  • Must be familiar with all the duties and procedures of a Spa/Wellness Centre
  • Previous experience working as a spa Receptionist essential
  • Opera system knowledge advantageous
  • MS Office, Excel and ESP knowledge essential

  • Highly organised
  • Problem solving and decision making capacity

Main purpose of the job

  • Making and confirming bookings
  • Daily control sheets and treatments booked
  • Ensure database is updated and maintained
  • Manage the cleanliness of the front desk and relaxation areas
  • Assist manager with additional duties
Basic salary with commission structure. Full time position
