    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Armstrong Appointments in Cape Town. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

    Estimated salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum.

    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college, as well as 4-5 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer, or an equivalent role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction project management
    • Ensure compliance with engineering specs, industry standards, and regulations
    • Foster seamless communication with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
    • Bring projects to life with precision and expertise

    Main Job Function:

    Site Management

    • Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.

    • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

    • Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

    • Manage Site Engineers & Foremen on more than 1 project.

    • Maintain productivity on site in line with programme.

    • Representing the company at project and technical meetings

    • Ensure monthly Reports, QA Docs, Registers and other are up to date.
