Job Summary

This is a Warehouse Supervisor - Trade role based at our Fluidra Pro Center in Sandton. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be key in driving efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations:
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
• Assist in optimising warehouse layout and organisation for space utilisation.
• People Management:
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
• Fleet Support:
• Assist in coordinating vehicle activities for transportation and delivery.
• Support the development and execution of effective route plans.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in regular inspections and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Diploma or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred.

You will also need to possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities, and basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
