    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Brand Manager with expertise in marketing strategies and branding principles to lead our brand's growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our brand strategy.
    • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints.
    • Conduct market research and gather insights to drive business growth.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including influencers, journalists, and media owners.
    • Budget management: allocate resources efficiently to achieve brand objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, franchisees, and other departments.
    • Multitasking and problem-solving skills to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • 5-7 years of experience in a brand manager position within the Retail or QSR sector.
    • Tertiary Marketing education.
    • Exceptional communication, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
