    Restaurant Admin Manager

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Admin Manager to oversee administrative functions and provide support to our operations team.

    The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative duties, coordinate scheduling, oversee inventory control, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administration & Office Management

      • Oversight of all administrative duties, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
      • Maintenance of office supplies and restaurant inventory; accurate record-keeping and timely reordering.
      • Management of the restaurant's POS system, updating menus, prices, and promotions as needed.
    • Scheduling & Payroll

      • Preparation of staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while managing labor costs.
      • Tracking of employee attendance, management of time-off requests, and coordination with HR for payroll processing.
      • Handling of onboarding and offboarding paperwork for restaurant employees, including contracts and other HR documents.
    • Financial Management & Reporting

      • Monitoring of daily sales, expenses, and cash flow; provision of weekly financial reports to the management team.
      • Assistance in preparation of the monthly budget and control of operational expenses to optimize profitability.
      • Reconciliation of bank deposits, handling of petty cash, and accurate record-keeping for audits.
    • Inventory & Supply Chain

      • Oversight of food, beverage, and supply inventory management; implementation of systems to minimize waste and reduce costs.
      • Work with suppliers to manage orders, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries.
      • Conducting of monthly inventory audits and reporting of discrepancies or issues to management.
    • Customer & Vendor Relations

      • Acting as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, ensuring timely order fulfillment and service quality.
      • Handling of customer service inquiries related to billing, reservations, or other administrative concerns.
    • Compliance & Safety

      • Ensuring the restaurant complies with local labor, safety, and health regulations.
      • Coordination of employee training on food safety, customer service, and company policies.
      • Maintenance of up-to-date records of all licenses, certifications, and health inspections.
    • Support & Operational Assistance

      • Assistance with day-to-day restaurant operations, especially during peak hours or special events.
      • Coordination with management to support restaurant promotions and marketing initiatives.
