CF Consulting seeks a skilled Maintenance Operations Director to oversee the efficient operation of its facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and production, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with the reliability engineering team to enhance maintenance procedures and improve overall plant performance.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high standards of work quality and execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as adherence to company standards and policies.
• Develop and manage production maintenance service level agreements to minimize breakdowns and optimize equipment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, production, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, health and safety protocols, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
