Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting or Business Management.
  • Previous experience working as a business advisor in a related industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of business operations and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports.
  • Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices.
  • Ability to advise on labor, vendor, and supplier procurement contracts.
  • Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Background knowledge of ESD development, B-BBEE or tender administration
  • Must resides in Gauteng
  • Must have a driver's license.
  • Clear criminal record
  • At least three contactable references
  • Own vehicle will be an added advantage

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Financial Advisor and Accountant for Jalusi corporation you will play a pivotal role within our team, collaborating closely with the manager to provide strategic financial guidance, streamline operations, amplify revenue and strengthen balance sheets


Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial assessments of SMEs, extracting insights to identify areas for improvement and growth potential. Preparation of compliant financial statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create accurate budgets and forecasts
  • Analyzing financial records and preparing budgets.
  • Improving processes by recommending operational changes.
  • Identifying opportunities for future business development and expansion.
  • Developing and maintaining internal and external communication channels.
  • Analyzing and advising on employee, labor, vendor, and supplier contracts.
  • Ensure SMEs remain compliant with all SARS Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, and other tax regulations while identifying opportunities for tax optimisation. Support SMEs with all other South African compliance requirements.
