Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Art Director and other team members to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns for various marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, and experiential.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to develop and execute campaigns that meet the brand's objectives and guidelines.
Assist in developing visual guidelines and style guides for various projects, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative briefs, developing and presenting visual concepts that align with brand objectives.
Ensure that all visual content produced meets brand standards and quality requirements.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and new design techniques, sharing insights and learnings with the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field.
12 years of experience in an agency or inhouse creative team.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design and art direction skills across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
