Senior Organisational Development Specialist

(Senior Professional Officer)

Requirements:

Organisational Development offers an exciting opportunity for an

experienced Organisational Development Specialist.

An Organisational Psychology degree coupled with a minimum of 5

years Professional organisational

development experience.

A valid drivers' licence is preferred.

Key Performance Areas

Implement processes, interventions, systems and programmes to

deliver the People Strategy and strategic business priorities

Utilising a variety of Organisational Development, People

Management and change management methodologies and best

practice approaches to deliver on key functions.

Manage development projects
Influence and implement strategically aligned business processes

and practices for sustainable organisational effectiveness.

Contribute to and support the specialist areas of change

management; organisational behaviour; people management; and

leadership development.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identify gaps and needs to address the effectiveness of

people management, change leadership and organisational

behaviour initiatives.

Collate and present business reports that highlight the

progress/possibilities for further growth and development as well as

value-add.
