About the position
Oversees a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently. They provide daily objectives and communicate any issues with upper management to reach business goals effectively.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Knowledge on food safety eg: code of conduct, GMP, glass breakage, body fluid
  • Ability to organize staff and production running functions.
  • Record keeping, sampling techniques.
  • Sound knowledge on manufacturing
  • Develop and implement systems on factory floor.

Minimum requirements:


  • Grade 1 3yrs of tertiary education
  • Manufacturing experience minimum 5yrs
  • Food safety knowledge is essential
  • Time management

Other requirements

  • This is a Permanent position
  • The job requires to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • The position will occasionally require you to work overtime.
