    About the Role

    This Credit Operations Team Leader role involves leading a team of credit specialists and overseeing day-to-day operations functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage back-office operations to ensure quality and delivery against service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Lead and mentor the team, conducting recruitment and resource planning as needed.
    • Improve processes and systems to reduce workload and enhance customer experience.
    • Monitor and manage team performance, incentives, and user acceptance testing.
    • Provide immediate support during system incidents and outages.
    • Audit team performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Network and build relationships to achieve objectives.
    • Prepare monthly reports and ensure internal quality standards are met.

    Education and Experience
