- Risk Professional - NB
- Fully Qualified Accountant (i.e., CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA)
- Min. of 3 years' experience working in a finance team or internal audit team
- Background in Banking or Asset Management is highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Third-party management and procedures:
- Oversee Third-Party/Vendor Management process and act as SME for relationship owners
- Ensure centralised tracking of all vendors and compliance with policies and procedures
- Support implementation of group-wide third-party risk management system
- Risk Management activities:
- Prepare firm-wide quarterly risk monitoring reports and review fund-level risk reports
- Maintain risk register, update it with new risks and document mitigation plans
- Assist in onboarding relevant departments to the group-wide risk management system
- Track all risk activities in accordance with group policies
- Regulatory reporting activities as required by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (full training provided)
- Assist Compliance team with anti-money laundering data and checks
- Support ad hoc projects across the Business Operations team as needed
- Integrates well into a team, develops relationships with others even in a remote environment, and communicates excellently both in written and oral forms
- Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude, takes ownership and accountability for tasks
- Quick learner who works independently with appropriate oversight, possesses strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
