PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To oversee the project from inception to completion.

COMPETENCIES:

The following competencies are required for this position:

2.1 Qualification:
Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech / BSc Civil Engineering & be registered with
SACPCMP (The South African Council for the Project & Construction Management Professions)


2.2 Knowledge & Experience:
Understanding of the Construction Environment
years relevant project management experience

  • Project Management skills & Staff Management
  • Application of the relevant design software
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivation and passion

2.3 Skills and Attitude:

Project Management -ability to manage projects.

Communication - Ability to communicate well (verbally and written) with clients and all stakeholders.
