Seeking an experienced estate manager with a proven track record in golf estate management, business planning, and staff operations to oversee daily business affairs and drive financial growth.

• At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar environment at a similar level, preferably with golf estate experience.
• Bachelors degree in business management or related field.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing and coordinating strategic activities on the estate.
• Developing business plans and ensuring effective day-to-day business operations.
• Overseeing staff operations and services to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Providing monthly reports to the Board of Directors and Committee Chairpersons.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Ensuring financial stability and growth through effective cost control and budget management.
• Managing debtors and overseeing human resource management, including staff recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
• Developing and revising standard operational and working practices.
• Managing projects and service level agreements.
