Our growing company is hiring for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent and Attendant Housekeeper who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for answering their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

Duties and Responsibilities Welcoming guests as they arrive and checking them into their roomsAnswering phone calls and responding to guest inquiriesHandling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerProcessing payments and maintaining accurate guest recordsAssisting guests with luggage and other requestsClean and sanitize horizontal surfaces such as over-bed tables, counters, and furnitureClean and sanitize restroom surfaces including toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, walls, floors, and mirrorsClean and sanitizes vertical surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and windowsEnsure cleanliness of high dust surfaces such as picture frames, vents, and doorframesInspect room for proper cleaning and reports any safety or maintenance issuesRemove trash and linen, clean receptacles, and ensure they are prepared for next useSanitize high touch areas such as light switches, bed rails, and doorknobsQualifications and SkillsAbility to pay attention to detail and respond quickly to instructionsAbility to use digital pager system and computerAbility to meet the mental and physical demands of this positionMinimum Passed High School CertificateThoroughly cleans and disinfects high touch surfaces daily to prevent spread of infectionCleans floors by shampooing, vacuuming carpets and mopping tile and vinyl surfaces
