    Supply Quality Technician: Solve supplier quality issues, ensure quality control measures, and evaluate potential risks. Coordinate parts and process approval submissions. Establish and update supplier quality agreements. Monitor and manage key and risk suppliers through process audits and self-assessments. Collect and summarise supplier performance data. Ensure suppliers meet customer requirements and respect deliverables. Familiar with IATF16949 quality system standard and quality tools like APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA. Requires 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering in the automotive industry, and a National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Solve supplier quality issues and implement quality control measures.

    • Evaluate potential risks and problems of supplier quality.

    • Coordinate parts and process approval submissions.

    • Establish and update supplier quality agreements.

    • Monitor and manage key and risk suppliers.

    • Collect and summarise supplier performance data.

    • Ensure suppliers meet customer requirements.



    Technical Skills:

    • Knowledge of MS Office.

    • Knowledge of quality tools like APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and ISHIKAWA.

    • Understanding of GD & T.

    • Ability to interpret technical drawings.



    Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering in the automotive industry.

    • 2 years of experience in a similar field.



    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 (Critical).

    • National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Quality (Preferred).

    • Qualified VDA 6.3 Process Auditor.

    • Qualified IATF16949 internal and 3rd party Process Auditor.
